Design Of Automatic Ceramic Backing Paste Substrate Production Control System Based On PLC And Touch Screen

Ceramic backing one-side welding double-side molding is a kind of high efficient,resource saving,low-cost and high-quality welding technology,so it has been widely applied in the welding industry.As an important welding material in one-side welding,ceramic Backing's main function is to hold the liquid metal in weld.At present,the mode of production of ceramic backing paste substrate generally is manual production with a lot of labour and low productive efficiency.The purpose of this paper is to design an automatic ceramic backing paste substrate production control system based on PLC and touch screen,and make the production process full automation.This system is mainly composed by three parts: PLC control system,touch screen display control system,they use the RS232 serial communication?PLC control system adopt OMRON company CP1 H series X-type PLC as the core,sending and receiving all I/O signals and the serial port communication signals,completing the data processing and control tasks on the basis of the designed PLC procedure.It completes the speed and displacement control of a stepper motor and two servo motor and the on-off control of solenoid valves.The touch screen display control system uses the WEINVIEW TK6070 iP touch screen.We can design the friendly operation interface,parameter setting interface and output count interface by matched human-computer interaction interface editing software EB8000.Production process parameters can be set and modified with the Touch key.The operation interface can be divided into automatic control and manual control.The display supervisory system makes the productive process automated,intelligent and humanized.Hardware installation and software debugging has carried out after the software and hardware design of the control system finished.Actual operation result shows that: this system has the basic function to produce qualified ceramic backing paste substrate and meet the actual requirements,it also has good operability,stability and reliability and achieved the desired results,and there are certain popularization meanings in the same field.
