Research On The System Of Automatic Control With Composite Insulation Block

With the speeding up of urbanization process, the real estate industry is developing rapidly,Block as a kind of common building materials, the demand is increasing, While the new policy about wall is put forward, which makes the traditional clay solid brick is replaced by the green and energy-saving thermal-insulating concrete block gradually. And thermal-insulating concrete block dominate in building materials area gradually.However, there are some problems such as low degree of automation, low productivity and so on of the production line of thermal-insulating concrete block,while the price of imported production line is more expensive. Therefore the Chinese market urgently needs a kind of the production line of thermal-insulating concrete block which has performance advantages such as high cost-effective, high degree of automation, high production efficiency.This article takes the block production line of Shandong seven star industrial as the research object,designing a kind of Centralized-distributed control system which has the function of automatic batching, automatic molding, automatic palletizing and maintenance. This paper completed the designation of PLC program based on STEP7 MicroWINSP9,realized the production line's fully automatic operation, and the designation of touch screen monitor program based on the MCGS and PC machine program based on kingview 6.55, realized the production line's function of real-time monitoring,formula,reporting and changes of parameter.Studied the control of double closed loop ratio and the PID algorithm of Hybrid process,improved the accuracy of the automatic batching mainly.Debugging at the scene indicated that:Designing about the control system of the production line of thermal-insulating concrete block in this paper can meet the requirement of the technical and the function. Achieved the expected design goal.This system is a typical centralized-distributed control system about the production line of concrete block,It has reference value for the control system of automatic production line of block and also has reference significance for the control system of automatic production line,and it has a well application and development prospect.
