Screen printing, because of its size and the shape of the substrate without limit, can adapt tothe printing ink, printing ink layer thickness adjustable features and is widely used, therefore,to develop high control precision, high performance, easy operation of the silk screen printingmachine is necessary.In this article, using the high performance of the electric control system of PLC in theoriginal screen printing design modification. Before the development of the working processof the silk screen printing machine are analyzed in detail, and then clear the task of the controlsystem, and from two aspects of hardware and software.In the aspect of hardware design, this paper USES MITSUBISHI Q series PLC, whichchose a high-performance Q02CPU, and has carried on the accurate selection, to the rest ofthe modules can completely satisfy the requirements of the equipment, detailed design,thickness measurement device, and the visual system and the touch screen PLCcommunication interface. In terms of running machine position control, adopts ac servo drivesystem to control the transfer of a treadmill accurate implementation of glass.In the aspect of software design, the program is divided into the main program, the programmanually, visual program and parameters of four parts. According to the modularprogramming method, the ladder diagram of important modules are described in detail. Interms of man-machine interface, the GP-Pro EX developed in every function interface, touchscreen to improve the operating performance.In this paper, design of control system, laboratory and field debugging, reached therequirements of the control system, stable operation, to achieve the intended target.
