The bearing assembly line has basically achieved automation,The main existing problems are:single product assembly,unable to achieve a variety of product line production;there is no information exchange between the assembly processes,unable to achieve true full automation;the control of grease injection value is not accurate enough,the amount of added grease is not fixed;lack of PC monitoring system and intelligent.This paper aims to design a new type of intelligent assembly concept,Multi product mixed line production.At the same time,the control of the grease injection is optimized,and the addition of the grease is accurate and stable.Improve the qualified rate of assembly line and prolong the service life of bearing.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of existing bearing assembly line.This paper briefly introduces the process and the deficiency of the bearing assembly line,puts forward the concept of the hybrid assembly,and gives a brief introduction to the improved mechanical system and the design of the control scheme.(2)The hardware of this assembly line is introduced.This paper introduces the hardware design of the control system,such as the choice of the PLC,the selection of the servo motor,the selection of the sensor and the selection of the pneumatic components.(3)The establishment of fuzzy PID compound controller for grease injection station.Design of control device in the understanding of the PID control and fuzzy control principle and their respective characteristics,with the weight standard grease weight and set the weight difference of the weight difference rate of change of e\ EC as the input,the fuzzy controller tuning PID control parameters of KP application,KI and KD,and the change from the motor trip the position,to achieve optimal design of weight system.At the same time,through the MALTAB modeling and simulation,it is proved that the control result of the composite control is better than the PID control and the cylinder injection.(4)Software design of bearing assembly line.This paper briefly introduces the software realization of the main assembly of bearing assembly,PC technology and the application and Realization of touch screen technology.
