Water is one of the most important natural resources, and it plays an important role in human survival and social development. Industrial and agricultural production, people's daily life, including the survival of other organisms, can't exist without water resources. However, the problem of soil and water loss has been existed since ancient times. Hubei province is located in the middle of China, with Yangtze River crossing it from the West to the East. Affected by its topography and other factors, its water and soil erosion is very serious. Therefore, it is very important to establish a scientific and standardized system of soil and water conservation monitoring.We Chat is one of the top mobile applications, which emerges in recent years, and it has accumulated a lot of users since it was published. It is easy to use, powerful, so We Chat public platform has become the first choice for various enterprises to promote the brand.The recent work of soil and water conservation is constantly advancing, and the information management system is gradually put into use, and its application system is not rich enough, so there is still a lot of space for the application and development of special services. With the rapid development of mobile applications, various of query system emerge in endlessly, greatly meet people's need for information.This thesis research project uses Java EE to carry on the development. Based on the public platform of We Chat, we analyzes the present situation of soil and water conservation in Hubei province deeply. It mainly achieves the query of time period for soil and water conservation data in each monitoring station through We Chat public accounts, mainly in Huangpi, Hong'an, Yiling three monitoring sites, and analyses the characteristics of soil and water conservation data, providing query and push of water data, weather data andTDR data, to realize the function of information release of soil and water conservation project.
