The current SOA architecture and the emergence of the ESB technology not only greatly simplifies the process of integration,but also improved the flexibility and scalability of the integrated system, although the enterprise service bus technology has been widely used in power, finance, banking and electronic government affairs and so on, but its application in water conservancy information integration are rare. In this paper, based on ESB technologies under such a background, with Mule service bus as a platform to try to integrate data entry and management system, automatic monitoring stations and other subsystems of soil and water conservation information system of hubei province. The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)This article begin with the application of information system of soil and water conservation in soil and water conservation, first introduces the concept of SOA architecture theory and principle as well as the ESB technology basic concept, then introduces the relationship between SOA architecture and the ESB technology. Article then introduces the Mule ESB technology's core architecture, functional components and working principle emphatically, specially study the Mule expression language and Message structure, after a comparison shows that the reason of this article select the Mule ESB service bus.(2)On the basis of the above theory and technological research combined with integration of the project of three automatic monitoring station system under the soil and water conservation information system's business requirements, deficiency in the existing system has carried on the analysis, by adopting the idea of service-oriented architecture completed a soil and water conservation information system overall architecture design and the design of the main business logic.(3)According to the design of overall framework, the paper use the API Designer design tools to develop each subsystem of the corresponding API, realized based on the information system of soil and water conservation function o f Mule ESB. As a result of SOA architecture, under the architecture of application, business logic is generally defined as services or components, can be flexible reused and extended.In a word, this paper use Mule ESB bus technology as a implement to integrate the information system of soil and water conservation, deeply understand the application of Mule in the system integration. After the integration of system,it allows data to be shared between different subsystems, and improved the scalability of the system, simplified the integration of new system.
