As the internet mushroom growth, many companies make more effort to information construction. Information construction will improve the traditional working mode, so as to improve the work efficiency. Nowadays information system demand is growing rapidly. At the same time, due to the different needs from the company, it particularly important to designed the specific information system for the company.The soil and water conservation information collection system used to collection data of Xiaoliuyu and Jingliuchang. As the different equipment company of the water level measure and meteorological station, each equipment adopts independent monitoring system and data storage. So it create the information islands between heterogeneous equipments. Through the integrated of the information collection system, it can integrate the different equipment data storage. The information collection system solve the problem of heterogeneous equipments information island, and realize the data sharing. Meanwhile the information collection system provides the basis data to the thematic information distribution system, comprehensive query system, water and soil erosion forecast system.This paper makes a research on information collection based on the requirement of the soil and water conservation information collection system.(1) The choice of architecture and optimization research. As the characteristics of soil and water conservation projects, we can choose the suitable S2 SH framework. Based upon the S2 SH framework, research the improved application to integrated of S2 SH framework.(2) The overall architecture design and system safety strategy research. According to the characteristics of the soil and water conservation, design the overall system architecture. Analysis of the data security strategy to adopt the reasonable strategy.(3) The realization of the system. Based on S2 SH framework and the improve application, finish the coding and testing work. Accomplish the function of the system.Finish the design of report forms. Realize the automatic import of data. Realize the data security strategy.This paper meets the requirements of soil and water conservation, realize the operation of data. Through the data of the automatic import, improve the workingefficiency. For the realization of the data security strategy, guarantee the security of data.
