As a tool for information management and auxiliary decision-making, the management information system plays an important role in the current informatization development of various fields. With the development of mobile Internet and the popularity of smart mobile devices, the information collecting and processing methods have been greatly enriched. How to coordinate various mobile devices to work together to improve the automation and intelligence of management information systems has gradually become an inevitable trend in the development of management information system. Analysis of the research status and progress of management information system in the field of soil and water conservation showed: existing management information system for soil and water conservation cannot effectively take the advantages of various smart mobile devices to improve the efficiency of information management, the multi-platform integrated innovative application model is still blank in this field. Therefore, making use of various smart mobile devices to realize the multiple-platform synthetic and integrated application of the management information system has important research significance and practical value for soil and water conservation field.Combining the technologies of distributed storage, cloud computing, component, knowledge map, user-oriented integrated platform and the idea of modular and knowledgeable, this paper presents and implements a multi-platform collaborative application model for the management information system of soil and water conservation, which taking the supervision and examination function and field investigation function as examples. Specifically, the main innovations and research work in this dissertation include:1) Since the traditional relational database cannot any longer meet the storage and computation requirements of the vast amounts of data, this paper studies the distributed storage scheme for soil and water conservation data, which uses HDFS and Hive to construct the distributed database and designs distributed storage strategy for vector data. This kind of distributed storage method can effectively deal with the storage pressure and management difficulty caused by the surge of data volume in the process of rapid development of soil and water conservation information, and lay the foundation for the parallel analysis of large data volume.2) Taking the supervision and examination function and field investigation function as examples, this paper designs the PC end interfaces, the mobile end interfaces and the interaction between PC end and mobile end respectively. In order to realize the sharing, reuse and dynamic configuration of the components, this paper used the component technology to componentize the application functions. Application of knowledge map make the process knowledge, so that the evaluation process are credible visualization and facilitate the accumulation, migration, reuse of knowledge. Based on the integrated platform and HTML5, the interface and function of the platform could meet the application requirements of multi-platform coordination work.3) Taking the soil erosion investigation point of Zhouzhi County, which is part of the soil erosion investigation in the third nationwide water resources survey, as experiment subjects, this paper selected three investigation point at random to test the function of field investigation.Through the comparison with the traditional soil and water conservation management information system, it's found that the multi-platform collaborative application method could make the field investigation work unified, standardized and intelligent, which simplifying the process of information collection and data processing and improving the efficiency of field investigation.
