In the Internet booming today, all walks of life are in promoting informatizationconstruction.Through the enterprise’s information management, it can optimize enterprisemanagement system, improve the enterprise internal operational efficiency, so as toenhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The traditional way to solve the soil and water conservation scheme workflow systemin the traditional way is upon paper, this is so bad that we can not work fast.In view of the above problems, this paper studies the current enterpriseinformatization of the advanced Internet technology, combined with the situation that thebusiness process module and business logic module of the soil and water conservationworkflow information system is highly coupling, so that it completely can not adapt to thechange of business process, meanwhile it can not adapt to the business party proposedChinese characteristics workflow demand. According to the situation that traditional hardcoding to solve the business process module, we use the open source workflow enginejBPM and the MVC design idea,meanwhile,integrate Struts2, Hibernate, Spring toconstruct light weight Java EE architecture, and based on the realization of jBPMworkflow module phase integration, in the end it can complete the final design of soil andwater conservation scheme based on the jBPM workflow system. The user can completeacceptance of soil and water conservation plan approval workflow each step of tasktransparently and conveniently through the Internet.Meanwhile,the low degree of couplingbetween modules reduce the difficulties of developing and maintaining.
