Along with the human daily activities become more frequent, the human damage tothe natural environment is becoming more and more serious, mankind is faced withserious soil and water loss. According to the current situation, the reasonable expansionof soil and water conservation work, already was urgent, and the premise of all this, is tobe a complete set of monitoring system of soil and water conservation, timely grasp thedynamic soil erosion, to suit the remedy to the case, better governance good soil andwater loss.Soil and water conservation monitoring system is deployed in monitoring andautomatic monitoring stations of soil and water conservation of an informationintegration system, its main function is to acquisition of data from the soil and waterconservation monitoring station automation equipment, uploaded, processed and storedinto the soil and water conservation monitoring database, for relevant personnel toconsult. A complete soil and water conservation monitoring system can save a lot ofmanpower material resources, reduce the scene the workload of staff, and ensure theaccuracy of the data, field unattended, work stably for a long time.This paper designed a set of complete automatic acquisition system of soil andwater conservation. System USES C/S structure, realized the monitoring equipment dataupload, processing and storage, and through the system client complete the monitoring offield equipment and parameter Settings, communication between devices adopt GPRSwireless communication mode, truly the scene unmanned all-weather work, this articlealso has carried on the redesign to the database, to satisfy the requirements of mass dataprocessing.. According to the system design, based on the Microsoft.net Framework asdevelopment and use of the platform has realized the level meter part of the server andclient development, and the system deployment of wuhan huangpi district water and soil conservation monitoring stations, the system is working in good condition now.
