As times continuously advances and develops, with the pressure of competition between enterprises intensifying, companies face a lot of problems and challenges. As a branch of Management Science, human resources management in enterprise management plays a more and more important role. In order to maxmize their profits, enterprises need to pay more attention on the management of human resources. The rise of knowledge economy and the rapid changes of information technology eliminate the obstacles of human delivering knowledge and information, and also bring great shift of management consciousness and management concept. With the introduction of western advanced management thoughts, modern human resources management of our country has impact on existing labor personnel management system, and will eventually replace it. Eventually, it will achieve the puopose of improving the employee's work efficiency, competitiveness, staff motivation, and saving the human costs, etc.This paper carries on the investigation and study in the enterprise human resources information management. Human resource management system functions including personnel information management, personnel change management, salary management, performance management, etc.. Through management software to manage the enterprise human resources in all aspects, with the development of society, the management of the enterprise is also more and more quickly; especially the invention of intelligent terminals which provides a good platform for the mobility management of enterprise administrators. According to the system demand, the system can implement an Android client-side in mobile phone and web client-side to work at the same time. All types of users, through mobile client to login the platform, could use the function of checking announcement, submitting attendance information, modifying password etc., and department management, personnel management, departmental switch, attendance management, salary management, publish notice or document etc., while the web client-side includes not only these functions but also privilege management, salary management, attendance management etc..Finally this paper has tested the system on management, personnel management, departments turned, attendance management, wage management and dispatch notification functions. The test results show that the system function and performance meet the design requirements and satisfy the needs of all types of users. What's more, its superiorities are friendly interface, ease of control and stable operation.
