The competition between the enterprises is talented person’s competition in thefinal analysis. Therefore, to improve the enterprise human resources managementefficiency and reduce the cost of enterprise human resource management has becomethe key to the development of the enterprise, this article mainly aims at the domesticenterprise human resource management system of the existing problems in theconstruction of enterprise human resources management system construction werestudied.In this paper mainly for the domestic enterprise human resource managementsystem widespread flexibility, scalability and enterprise other information system withpoor communication problems, adopting J2EE technology and SOA technology onenterprise human resource management system construction were studied. To theenterprise human resources management daily business information research, andrealize the enterprise human resources management organization personnel management,salary welfare management, performance appraisal management, education trainingmanagement and so on specific human resources management business informationmanagement, by using the J2EE technology, B/S three layer structure make the wholesystem frame clearer, facilitate enterprise human resource management systemextension, and can make enterprise human resources management system can quicklyadapt to the enterprise due to business development caused by the organization structurechange, thus increasing the system flexibility and expansibility, Using SOA technologyon enterprise human resources management system and the enterprise financialmanagement system of information communication between was studied, so as torealize the human resources management system and enterprise other informationsharing between the information system, help to eliminate enterprise information systeminformation island between appeared.For human resource management system function, performance, and security testresults show that the result of the human resource management system can satisfy theenterprise human resources management of the basic requirements.
