As the progress of The Times and development,with the pressure of competition between businesses intensifying.Companies face a lot of problems and challenges.As a branch of management,human resources management in enterprise management activities more and more important in the position.Enterprises should improve their largest profits need to be better for the management of human resources.The rise of knowledge economy and information technology changes with each passing day,eliminate the obstacles of human knowledge,information to deliver also brought big change of management consciousness,management concept.With the introduction of advanced western management thoughts,modern human resources management of our country existing labor personnel management system to form the impact,and will eventually replace it.To improve the employee's work efficiency and competitiveness,improve staff motivation,save the human cost,etc.In this paper,in the enterprise human resources information management has carried on the investigation and study,Human resource management system management functions including personnel information management,personnel management,compensation management,performance management,etc Through management software to manage the enterprise human resources in all aspects,with the development of society,the management of the enterprise is also more and more quickly,especially the emergence of intelligent terminals,for the management of enterprise mobility management provides a good platform.To the demand of the system according to the understanding,this system can realize the PC side and mobile phone browser through the common office,we provide the platform,function view notice,submit attendance information,modify passwords,department management,personnel management,rights management,Department transfer,attendance management,salary management,document issued notice etcFinally in this paper,the system of management,personnel management,departments turned,attendance management,wage management,dispatch notification functions were tested,the test results show that the system function and performance meet the design requirements,can satisfy the needs of all types of users.
