Storage and transportation equipment play a very important role in the logistics system of the enterprise which not only save manpower and material resources,but also reduce the cost of handling.Furthermore,storage and transportation equipment can also improve the safety of operation and reduce the occurrence of accidents effectively.However,so far there are few studies on the management strategies of storage and transportation equipment.The traditional management strategy lacks flexibility and can't maximize the efficiency of storage and transportation equipment.Therefore,in order to further improve the efficiency of storage and transportation equipment and facilitate users to manage the equipment online,this paper completes the design of the indoor positioning system of the storage and transportation equipment based on Ultra-Wide Band positioning device.This article mainly completes the following works:1.By comparison test among Ubisense,BeSpoon and DecaWave positioning kits in terms of frequency,energy consumption,accuracy,detection distance and other performance indicators,this paper selected Decawave kit to carry out the design of the indoor positioning system.Afterwards,the hardware platform of the system was built in consideration of the relationship between the layout planning of anchor and the positioning accuracy.2.After analyzing the reasons for affecting the positioning accuracy in warehouse,this paper completed the optimization of UWB positioning algorithm.The optimized TDOA/AOA fusion algorithm based on Taylor expansion algorithm was selected as the position resolution algorithm of the localization system.3.The server software was divided into data communication and processing module,WEB server module and database storage module.These modules were designed in detail respectively and tested to ensure that the server software could run normally.4.The WEB interface was designed and implemented.Afterwards,the overall workflow and specific functions of the system were tested.The results show that the system can manage the handling equipment intelligently and improve the handling efficiency of the handling equipment.In conclusion,this system achieves the expected goals. |
