With the continuous development of the Internet and computer network technology,the employee performance appraisal management system of the bank is also constantly improving and developing.Compared with foreign Banks,the performance appraisal management of domestic Banks started late and is now in the stage of perfecting and improving service quality.Based on the detailed understanding of the performance appraisal management system of bank employees at home and abroad,this paper studies the performance appraisal management system of bank employees at hua xia bank based on the current research status and existing problems at home and abroad.It mainly studies the management of performance appraisal index,analysis of appraisal report and employee appeal.Make the performance assessment indicators more reasonable and flexible,and adapt to the assessment of different departments.A comprehensive analysis of the assessment results is not only to reward and punish the employees,but also to train the employees to improve their working ability.Optimize the performance appraisal to make the appraisal system more scientific and humane.Constantly strengthen the comprehensive development of employees,increase the communication of employees,improve the performance appraisal mechanism,and improve the work enthusiasm of employees.Figure46;Table18;Reference 59...
