As people enter a new era and the general speed of the Internet,globalization has increasingly affected all aspects of life,especially the convening of the first China Import Expo,which has accelerated the pace of globalization.As a carrier of information technology,the telecommunications industry has achieved rapid development in recent years.However,while the business is developing rapidly,some companies tend to ignore the management of internal human resources,leading to internal problems,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the company.The reason is that on the one hand,because there is no perfect system,on the other hand,the most important point is that because there is no human resource management system,traditional human resource management relies on artificial statistics and reporting,which is inefficient and unfavorable to work.Development and implementation of the business.How to combine the Internet with human resource management is the key to the company's human management.Therefore,a human resources management platform is needed to manage the entire company and play its positive role in promoting the company's development.This thesis first studies the related theories and technologies of human resource management system,especially the introduction of the B/S structure adopted by the system,and the introduction of the B/S architecture and database,and analyzes the status quo at home and abroad.Then,the scenario requirement analysis is carried out,and the business requirements of the system are elaborated,including functional model analysis,static model and dynamic model analysis.Then the human resource management system is designed and detailed,and the human resource management system is completed.The architecture design and functional structure design,the human resource management system is mainly divided into four major modules:user management module,task flow management module,attendance module,and address book management module.The user management module is divided into user login registration module and authority.Management module,employee personal information management module;task flow management module is divided into new task process,task process receiving,task process processing and task process end;attendance management module is divided into leave vacation module,salary self-service query,performance query;Query into the address book and leave employees to view,and system data from different modules of a detailed database design.Finally,the system has been tested for functional and performance.The test results show that the human resource management system realizes all the functions of demand analysis,improves the work efficiency of employees,and is convenient and quick to use,and the interface is friendly and easy to operate.If you don't get stuck,you can solve the problem of human resource managementThe human resource management system designed and implemented in this thesis can meet the expected functional requirements and provide effective support for the management and maintenance of the company's human resources.Not only is it convenient for employees to take leave and sell fake,it is also beneficial for the administrator to carry out effective management of personnel,and will promote the development of the company's business more efficiently.Can liberate manpower and invest in more meaningful work.
