With the development and scale expanding of a company, the competition it faced is becoming more and more fierce, and the management of the enterprise must be perfect without any fault. It is very important that the customer information collection and control should be in time and accurate, which is related to the success or failure of the risk control of the enterprise. In addition, the level of human resources management and the practicality of information collection are related to the enterprise's labor efficiency, enterprise culture, and talent competition ability. Therefore, TX company integrates existing office equipments and available technologies to develop a series of suitable application software modules for the daily office management of the enterprise for improving the working efficiency of the enterprises, which makes the accounting be more accurate and timely, and enables the enterprise to control risk better.The office management system described in this paper is a rebuild and integrated system based on the original one. By analyzing the performance and defect of the original office management system and according to the relevant requirements in management and risk control of TX company as well as the industry trade rules, we focus on resolving and improving the following works: 1.The development of human resources module, which sets the attendance, appraisal, payroll, delivery wages to the card and a set of such operations; 2. Adding some needed report forms and number fetching formula; 3. Improving the customer's credit control.According to the modeling requirements, we put forward a feasible office management system scheme for TX company, which takes C/S structure, the technical architecture of it is built by considering the data transfer, receiving, and fetching, and its functional architecture is formed by considering its compatibility and integration of the performances.This paper describes the design of the office management system which is suitable for TX company, including the main structure diagram, the technical and functional architecture, and the implementation of some important functional modules in detail.The integrated rebuilt office management system has realized the following functions: 1. The successful docking of TX's human resources salary information with financial system, the payoff, tax deduction and other information can be reflected timely; 2. Making financial analysis and reporting more accurate and timely;3. Timely and accurate grasping customer credit, controlling the delivery and billing more closely with customer credit. The system will surely promote the development of TX company significantly.
