With the construction of the social credit system of the elevator industry,the activity of"Establishment the Integrity of Elevator Enterprises" in Shanghai is essentially a institutionalized and three-dimensional management activity,which is built up through the guidance of the organizing committee,the implementation of associations,self-discipline of enterprises and social supervision.The activity will closely cooperate with the organizing committee and the association to bring the enterprises that meet the basic conditions into the team of integrity creation.By drawing up the "Shanghai Integrity Create Enterprise Archives",it will help the enterprises to establish integrity management archives and realize the long-term development of the enterprise;By co-constructing the elevator enterprise integrity platform,the elevator association builds a complete and standardized management mechanism and management standard,supervises and examines the enterprise social responsibility and obligations,and constructs a social supervision and enterprise self-discipline management process,so that "establishment integrity enterprise" becomes the grip of integrity management of the elevator association in the industry.This paper mainly discusses the functions of notification,human resource management,comprehensive inquiry,training and assessment,personnel integrity management and statistical analysis to analyze and design the human resources credit information platform of the elevator industry.Through the comprehensive analysis of the human resources business process of the elevator industry,it describes the design of the enterprise,supervision,public and association modules of the human resources credit information platform of the elevator industry.The advanced mature technologies of Restful API,LayUI,Redis,Dubbo are adopted.Through the requirements analysis and platform design,a complete platform database structure and data tables are built.The platform uses B/S architecture system,and the database uses Mysql 6.5.The platform design always follows the requirements and standards of the "Shanghai Elevator Industry Association Implementation Opinions on Implementing the Credit System Construction" and follows the development of the terms of"GB 8566-1988 Computer Software Development Specification",so that it can interact data with other business systems of government and enterprises and it can communicate the information each other.In order to strengthen the informatization,standardization and institutionalization of human resources integrity work in elevator enterprises,it is used to build an Internet-based human resources credit information platform with combination of the mature technology,design model and open process.The human resources credit information platform of the elevator industry is an important part of the "Shanghai Elevator Industry Credit Information Platform" project platform which is under construction by the Shanghai Elevator Industry Association.Through the construction of the platform,it will be achieved to support to assist construction of integrity enterprises and the regulation of human resources management,so that it will improve the quality of elevator maintenance service and play a role in facilitating government supervision and accepting social supervision.
