With the rapid development of computer technology,such as network,database and program design,it can effectively promote the popularization and application of distributed management system.The distributed management system has been designed and implemented in the fields of financial banks,power communication,government affairs,electronic commerce and so on.Human resource management is a very important work in the management of rural credit cooperatives in Inner Mongolia.Human resource management involves many aspects,such as recruiting,assessing,training,performance and so on.So it is necessary to develop a suitable human resource management system.This paper firstly analyzes the background of the human resource management system,summarizes the research status quo at home and abroad,expounds the purpose and significance of this research,and summarizes the main work and innovation points of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes and compares the system design and implementation of JSP technology,JavaBean technology,database technology and Web services technology,etc.,for the system design and implementation.Then,this paper verified the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economic feasibility,technical feasibility,management feasibility and other aspects of the research and analysis of rural credit cooperatives,management,human resources management,and export the system's logical business functions,the basic information management,performance appraisal management,payroll management,employee training management,employee training management,employee attendance management and system management seven key functions,from the system security,data integrity,system reliability,etc..Then,this paper designs the system topology,functional architecture,software and hardware deployment architecture,and uses the structured flow chart to design the system algorithm flow,and designs a good system database using E-R diagram and relational table.Then,this paper realizes a function of human resource management system in Eclipse integrated programming environment,and gives the system's database connection interface component code and some core function flow.Finally,the system is tested and the test results show that the system has good usability and reliability.
