Design And Implementation Of Credit Control Management Subsystem For Anhui Mobile NGBOSS

New Generation Business Operation & Support System (NGBOSS in short)is a new generation of business operation support system. NGBOSS covers the previous billing, settlement, business, accounting and customer service function of the system. It centralize, unified and integrate of variety of business functions, is a integrated, full sharing of information resources support system.With the rapid development of Mobile Communication in Anhui, many kinds of new businesses have emerged, the number of users and demand have greatly increased. So, accounting systems need to to handle large volumes of stable services, to ensure low latency and high real-time. In the accounting system, when post-paid subscribers (first payment of the user after used) using the high-value services (such as international long distance), it is easy to be arrears, which requires to change the billing model of the user. The new model change the pre-paid to post-paid (first pay then use it), and give a certain credit limit, by real-time billing system call control, when user used more than the total the total of credit line and balance, immediately terminate the business of the user. For pre-paid customers with high credit, according to the level of credit given them a certain credit limit, when the account balance is 0, the user can still use the service until the credit line. It also need real-time monitor for post-paid users who have greater risk of arrears or credit low consumption. These requirements need to be achieved by signal management subsystem.This article mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the core part credit control management subsystem.By processing the accounting information generated by the log control file (contains user information, billing, date, etc.),processing subsystem of the control management trigger the Balance calculation, According to the current state of the user and pre-defined processing rules, monitor user consumption, triggering calls, stop and other processing behavior.Management Information and Control subsystem processing subsystem by processing the accounting information generated by the log control file (contains user information, billing, date, etc.) trigger the user signal control operations as well as the current state of the user pre-defined signal control processing rules, monitoring user of consumption, triggering calls, stop the boot and other processing behavior. In this project, as a member of the project I involved a systematic analysis, design, deployment planning and do some implementation work. Critical business processes and system requirements are described in this paper; Specific implementation techniques and methods are given for core modules; A brief discussion of Credit control management is also given in this paper.
