Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Agency Information System Based On B/S Pattern

Estate agency is the third party participant during estate transaction process; it plays a role of information communication and service guarantee. Business process in estate agency is highly dependent on the information process ability. A estate agency in Henan province is selected in this dissertation, in order to develop estate agency information system, thus to enhance estate agency information level.During requirement analysis process, system functional features are summarized,and the system is divided into several modules of basic function module, customer management module, house management module, transaction management module and data query module. Functions in every module are detailed analyzed. Data storage requirements in every module are analyzed; and data table structure are designed. The platform of J2 EE is used for system development, Struts is responsible for logic process, JDBC is responsible for database access. According to MVC design pattern,the system is divided into three layers of View, Logic and Model, and goals of every layer are determined. Operation process of every function is designed, functional classes and methods are designed for functions, and calling sequences between different methods are designed. The system is accomplished, and on the basis of interface design, system running results are acquired. Test scheme of function are designed, ton ensure the system attain design requirement.Estate agency information system developed in this dissertation provided information technical platform for estate agency, the system ensured data consistency and enhanced business process efficiency.
