Design And Implementation Of The Real Estate Information Management System Based On The J2EE Framework

In recent years, with the development of social economy, computer technology was widely used in various fields of society, and brought great convenience to them. So as the real estate appraisal enterprises, the traditional real estate appraisal companies usually manage information by manual, most use the tool of word and excel to organize all kinds of real estate information, as a result, the redundancy is very hign and query efficiency is very low, and many contact is hard to show, and the various needs of company is difficult to meet. So this paper summarizes the real estate company on the basis of the basic functional requirements, develop a real estate information management system. Compared with the traditional management mode, this management system is more comprehensive, more accurate and update speed is more timely, largely avoided the disadvantages of traditional methods, and brought great convenience to the company and its employees.This real estate information management system use JAVA language to develop. In the development platform of eclipse, combines with SQL Server2008 database, use the J2EE framework to design, the system interface is simple and clear, users can operate with a browser. System function is divided into trading data management module, system management module, user management module, etc. Trading data module is the core module, include five architecturals,such as second-hand house information, new house information, shops information, office information and land information module. Within each module, the administrator can manage and maintain the information. System management module invole some auxiliary module, such as building information, hot real estate, policies and regulations, etc. Users can understand some relevant information when they are browsing the house. User management module contains the user information’s management and administrative authority’s allocation, it can facilitate the administrator to manage the system. This paper carries on the detailed analysis and design for the various modules, and realizes the basic functions, greatly improve the management’s efficiency of the company, but there are some deficiencies and problems of the system, the function also has a lot of room to improve, so the system still need further perfect.
