Design And Implementation Of Estate Agency Information Management System Based On J2EE

Estate agent is responsible for information communication between transactions during estate rental and selling business. Estate agent is a kind of information intensive industry; the development of information system can enhance its business process efficiency and ensure process of businesses. Lianju estate agent is selected as research background of this dissertation, to establish information system for estate agent.Function features of estate agent information system are analyzed, and use case analysis model is established by UML use case diagram. Dynamic analysis models are established for several businesses of estate agent. Performance feature analysis document are acquired from aspects of scalability, portability and concurrency. According to the sequence of logic model design, relation model design, database structures are designed to meet data storage requirement during system operation process. On the basis of database structure design, data dictionary and database creation statement are designed. The platform of J2EE is selected for system development, the framework combination of Struts and Hibernate is used to establish system develop circumstance. According to MVC design pattern, the system is divided into three layers of View, Action and DAO. Calling processes between different layers obey certain rules. Division of software layers enhanced cohesion level and reduced coupling level of information system. Functional classed and methods are designed for operations for every function. According to system detail design scheme, the system is accomplished. The factors of HTML and JSP are used for system interface development, interfaces for every function are designed and system operation results are acquired.The design and implementation of estate agent information system provided technical support for businesses process of estate agent; it ensured businesses process standardization and information level in estate agent.
