Design And Implementation Of The Real Estate Management Information System Based On J2EE

With the development of the application of information technology and theapplication, more and more enterprises recognize that it is important and necessarymanaging enterprise inner information with Management Information System (MIS).Nowadays，the market of real estate is becoming more and more complex. Real estateManagement Information System which is applied has been becoming an actualrequirement.In this thesis, the background and research progress status of Real estateManagement Information System are introduced. And the relevant technology andtheory is discussed. Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the overall framework of the system, the functional module and the database aredesigned. This system uses the Browser/Service structure and the Struts Framework,Spring Framework and Hibernate Framework. It is developed from the persistence layer,the logic layer and the performance layer three parts.System running results show that the programs of Real estate ManagementInformation System based on J2EE has practicality and feasibility，It is convenient andsmart dealing with information. It fulfils the target of the beginning and meets the actualrequirements of the enterprise.
