The system is developed according to the actualdemand of real estate agency.This paper starts from the current situation of real estate agency service, introduces the systemdemand analysis and feasibility analysis, then from system design to realization introduces in detailthe entire system developing process and application technology, and gives a detailed descriptionwith legends.For users, they also need change in trade to wait in the passive situation, they hope to be freefrom the region and time limit, at any time release and inquires the huge jump in the supply anddemand information, so to expand their range of choice, and at the same time can also throughsuch system in contrast to make a choice, is both reasonable and efficient. So this systemdevelopment also has the quite strong social feasibility.As long as in the housing intermediaries, which was established by the computer retrieval torent or buy the house feature information, want to rent to buy the house can query to all sharingresources meet the conditions of the real estate, but also through the computer video informationabout the availability of understanding the basic situation of houses, including the structure of thehouses, location, quality, indoor pattern, and so on, and do not need to the on-the-spot investigation,it can obtain the preliminary availability information.This system development based on the following objective:(1) to open brokerage industry personnel qualification from the way to improve the businesslevel.Through the public workers employed qualifications way to improve employees regulatorytransparency, standardizes the intermediary market, improve the overall quality of employees. Itrealizes such functions as registration and login, house information issue, house informationinquiry, information browsing, estate demonstration, member management, management of available information, information dissemination, estate management etc. These features provideusers with convenience and release intermediary staff from the cumbersome manual operation, andimprove working efficiency.
