Application And Research Of Intelligent Uptown Estate Management System Based On J2EE And MVC

With the development of social information process,the people not only merely concern about room area,natural environment and traffic situation around living community and so on,but also put more interests and attention on the aspect of outside communication, information service,security guard,estate management and so on.In order to adapt this kind of social requirement,intelligent community arise at the moment.The so-called intelligent community estate management system, intellectualize the same or different function building in the certain region according to the overall plan method,resources full sharing, management full unification.It is very useful for providing security,comfortable,convenient living conditions.Based on the research of the status in intelligent community estate management system, intelligent community estate management system is designed and implemented on Struts frame in which J2EE and MVC-based web design pattern is adopted.As a intelligent community estate management system based on web, which abandon the traditional C/S pattern, adopt B/S pattern In this pattern,the user access the server in dynamic communication or mutual cooperation method,while it can also span various platform. So it is more advanced than C/S pattern not only in management and maintaining but also in cost spending.The application is abstracted three different functional parts by MVC design pattern,which are Model,View and Controller.Each mission can be accomplished by three parts not only separated but also cooperated. Struts frame not only extends every characteristic of MVC,but also according to characteristic of J2EE to make corresponding change and extension. In this paper,J2EE platform and MVC design pattern is described in detail and Struts frame is researched in-depth.The system is been model by UML tools in preceding design. Web design pattern of Struts framework which based on MVC model is adopted to design the whole system, this can divide the application into business module, application controlling module and data displaying module in effect without worrying aboutcoupling problems, improve flexility of the application, develop the system in an orderly way, convenient for integration ^ maintenance and upgrade.
