Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Deal System Based On J2EE

In recent years,the real estate industry continues to heat up,and is becoming one of the most popular industry.This phenomenon has a great impact on the real estate transaction industry,which leads to the development of many local real estate transactions.In the internet era,the real estate transaction has been slowly transferred from the offline to become a combination of online and offline transactions,a lot of real estate trading site came into being.According to the study of the national real estate trading site,the largest real estate transaction website Sou Fun is based on PHP platform,the An Ju Ke is developed based on the ASP platform and so on.However,the development platform of J2EE which have been widely used in other indu stries is used less in the real estate development site.J2EE platform has stable performance,and the development is convenient,and has been generally recognized by other industry development and technical personnel.Therefore,how to use J2EE platform in the real estate transaction website is with software development technology progress and real estate transactions development's trend.This dissertation is put forward the research project based on the above reasons.In this dissertation,we firstly study and summary the research background in the domestic research status according to the real estate transaction website.Then we ha ve a simple description of J2EE framework,development advantages,and combining with the research subject of this dissertatio n to put forward the J2EE framework and the system architecture;Finally,according to the research,we use the function module analysis method,combining with the business needs of the real estate network trading platform,business process,system organization and make an analysis and design to the whole system according to the function and performance demand.The core part of the real estate transaction system included user login registration,information search,news and information released,housing management module and user management module.In this dissertation,we analyzed these core modules with the timing diagram,and establish the role and use case diagram.And summar y the workflow in the system and arrange the system database.We implement function in different stratification according to system requirements,combined with the technology of J2EE,the software engineering design idea.We develop the website in the new platform,and show the detailed analysis of some important modules.At the last,we quote detailed realization method,program code and the final operation interface.A real estate transaction management system simplifies the traditional real estate transaction management business process,and creates a real estate transaction management platform which has a set of policy guidance,the state system and internal control principles using modern real estate transaction management philosophy.The design and implementation of system can liberate the human resources and realize the sharing of human resources and the real estate transaction management in system and data.The realization of the system greatly improves the efficiency of management of the company which liberates the company's human resources,and improves the competitiveness of the company.
