With the rapid development of modern enterprise system and improvement of the economy, rapid development of enterprises in the process, human resource management plays an important role. Human resource management is the core of modern enterprise management, enterprise sustainable development is urgently needed to improve own human resources management level. Along with the enterprise scale is gradually increasing, simply relying on human personnel management, will result in reduced work efficiency. In addition, because manual statistics and report data often make mistakes, will affect the enthusiasm of the staff.Aiming at this problem, the system uses the B/S architecture, using Struts framework, using JSP scripting language as a development language, using SQL Server 2005 as the background database, development of interface and database using object-oriented development tools. The design and implementation of a human resource management system based on B/S structure of the enterprise.This paper summarized the present situation of research on enterprise human resources management system at home and abroad, of the participant's division of the software system, for each participant to carry out targeted research needs and the formation of a functional requirements document. The database design process from the local to the whole formed a database design concept structure of E-R model. According to the conceptual structure of E-R model and the corresponding transformation rules, form the physical structure of the database model. The software system for the Struts development framework and hierarchical structure. The function of each module of the code, and the realization of the personnel management, wage management, attendance management, training management, performance management and system configuration management module.This system has strong reusability, portability, scalability and maintainability. The development of this system can basically meet the needs of modern enterprise personnel management, can greatly improve work efficiency, make personnel extricate from the arduous trivial personnel work, while providing accurate, reliable data for the management, enhances the enterprise human resources management standardization and specialization degree. The software system has practical application background, to this enterprise human resources management targeted,but also has general applicability, can be promoted in other types of enterprises in human resources management.
