With the continuous development of the concept of human resource management and information technology, the traditional human resource management has been unable to meet the requirements of social development. The rapid development of modern enterprises and the greater competition of market put forward higher requirements for the enterprise human resources management. The needs to improve the accuracy and speed of decision are urgent. Human resource management information system to provide data and information plays a very important role in decision. It becomes the preferred transformation of existing human resources management that the Development of human resource management with the human resources management service functions, model and conception of the full participation in the management.This dissertation introduces the domestic and overseas research status of Human Resource Management Information System and elaborates the related technologies, such as B/S, Struts frame, MVC, Database and so on, based on the requirements of the company. After the system requirements analysis, the information system architecture, the system function module and database are designed, and a set of applications are developed to adapt to the basic human resource management. It follows the software engineering specifications, and takes the advantages of MVC and J2EE, it also provides a reference for the development of Human Resource Management Information System.
