Building a powerful human resource management platform can facilitate the management of human resources; enable the daily management more efficiently, help the enterprise to build up the core competitiveness.The project mentioned in the article fouces on reengineering on human resources management system of A company by introducting & pushing morden human resources management ideas. IT supporting platform is the key part of the project, the platform is designed to facilitate the daily operation of human resources management and generate decision-supporting report.First, The paper applies Struts+Spring+Hibernate Framework Integration Technology in human resources management and builds a stable system structure, the structure enable the coupling among all layers of this system lower and enhances the reusability, expansibility and maintenance, which satisfy the objectives of system. Secondly,the paper makes the adject to currently popular Web Application Component Structure so as to be more suitable for Struts+Spring+Hibernate Framework pattern。Thirdly, the paper described the exception control schema based on multi-layer, which makes exception control more standard so as to be a regular flow and tend to a criterion, improves the ability to control the exceptions, which also enhance the reliability of the system.
