With the continuous development of information technology, management information, system has become the key issue of information technology infrastructure construction. In universities, management information system is such an important way that affects all aspects of work such as academic management, research management and administrative management. One of the most significant things among these is the human resource management. Only if taking full advantage of the university human resource and discovering the potential of the staff sufficiently can we improve the level of teaching and research and reinforce the competitive power. Hence, it is important to provide with a sot of convenient, effective and efficient human resource management information system.In this paper, a set of rationalized, standardized and digitized human resource management information system is designed and implemented in order to take full advantages of human resource of a university. Based on B/S structure, this system is implemented by ASP. net. It can be adapted to different and changing needs in human resource management. Through the implementation of the university human resource management information platform, human resource information can be provided to various departments serving as the foundation of decision-making.
