As an important institution in college students information quality education, in response to the information society to talented person's information literacy requirement, can present a what kind of level, this is the independent college library should pay attention to and concern of this paper.Students' information quality education for independent college library work as a research center, using the questionnaire investigation, literature research, investigation, statistical analysis, experience summary method, normative analysis and other research methods, independent college libraries in information quality education form and content, the reasonable construction of independent college information literacy education mode, create the service form, we will improve the mechanism of quality education management has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the domestic and foreign information literacy education, on the basis of literature study, this paper introduces the importance of university library in information quality education of college students and advantages and disadvantages, and to carry out the information literacy education in independent college library work status and effect of investigation and analysis, put forward the current independent college library information literacy education problems existing in the management and service mode, on the basis of reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
