With the continuous development and expansion of enterprises and increasing employees, employees of management becomes particularly important. In contemporary society, people are the most important, and the most expensive resources are human resources. The company's core competence is the talent, but how to make people be able to better serve the enterprise is the role of human resources management. This shows that as the main market companies must attach great importance to the management of human resources.Human resource management requires a lot of information to process. However, the appearance of computer can efficiently and carefully handle and process these complex information. So that the human resources carry out the work more conveniently, and further improve the level of human resources management. In this paper, domestic and international human resource management systems typically carried out a detailed analysis, and design and implement a model of J2EE-based human resource management system on the basis of these results of the analysis above. Based on the research work of the relevant human resource management system, this paper mainly contains the following aspects.(1)First study the development status of foreign enterprises human resource management system and based on the study propose the model of J2EE-based human resource system. After that describe the feasibility and the development of related technology in detail.(2)The system users are divided into three categories. And depending on the user privileges analyze results gets each user's functional requirements. Through UML use case diagram, the functions get a detailed needs analysis.(3)According to the needs this section gives the outline design and detailed description of the business processes of different functional modules. And also describe the design of the database system in detail.(4)On the basis of the detailed design, with the use of SSH, this section achieves the enterprise human resources management system, and analyzes the key modules of code, and shows the system realization pages related theme, and finally tests the system, and shows effectiveness and practicality of the system.
