With the improvement of social information-based degree, the small and medium-sized enterprise demand for information is more and more urgent, information management has become a new trend in the current development of enterprises. Stick company in order to steady operation and development, improve the internal management quality and service level, reduce the operation cost, especially the internal cost management, urgent need of human resource management system to meet the requirements of this strategy, this thesis implements a set of human resources management system, to convenient management through the system, increase the management benefit, the deployment of enterprise human resources to the best level, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises goals.This thesis analyses the architecture of current network system, using B/S three layer architecture model and architecture of the J2 EE technology on the system overall architecture; J2 EE framework, J2 EE components and MVC design pattern technology characteristics were introduced in detail, analyzes the implementation process of the system frame of the integration technology of SSH three open source J2 EE and integrated in the SSH framework; the J2 EE concept was introduced, and gives the steps to build the J2 EE development environment. This thesis analyzes the feasibility of the system, the various aspects of the system hardware, economic, technical, maintenance of the feasible, summarizes the detail function requirements of human resource management of Stick company and non functional requirements. The system development process based on the analysis of the demand, take the idea of modular design, the role and function of the detailed, clear user interactive function, and each function module has been designed and implemented, at the same time, a detailed database design. Due to the platform running on the Internet, to ensure the safety, the hacker attacks, the system has made the corresponding protection design, ensure the security of the system, to ensure the stable operation of performance appraisal system.This system has realized the personnel information management, human resources management system personnel management, salary management, attendance management and other functions, and introduces the main technology.The practical application of the human resource management system in this thesissticky, and achieved certain results, achieved the expected goals.
