With the advancement of information construction of colleges in recent years, Information services in colleges and universities for teaching, management and so on have played more important role. In colleges and universities, human resource management is one of the important works of the management work. Human resource is one of the important resources of the school. In order to manage and make good use of human resources of university, stimulate the potential of teachers, improve the level of personnel management, promote the competitiveness of the school. Through the human resource management system, effective management of human resources information has become an inevitable trend of colleges’development.The thesis according to the present situation and the actual requirement of a certain business personnel management work in colleges, discusses the system requirement analysis, system design and key technology in details. Through the use case diagram of the system organization management, staff management, talent recruitment, training, further education, query statistics, system management module are analyzed. The thesis uses the flow chart to describe system main function module of data processing. Database design uses E-R diagram for logic design, the data table structure is used in the physical design. Through the performance of the system, the thesis introduces the implementation of the system.The System adopts B/S structure, based on J2EE development platform, using the Oracle database. Through the research of a university personnel management work, on the basis of demand analysis, designed and implemented the human resources management information system. |
