J2EE-Based Human Resources Management System Design And Implementation

Along with the rapid development of world economy,talent has become one of core competitiveness,and whether reasonable effective talent management of the enterprise is an important link in enterprise survival and development.Therefore,human resource management gradually becomes an important part of enterprise management.At the same time in the enterprise management gradually into the information age enterprise human resources management informationization development become the focus of the enterprise.this architecture has the remarkable efficiency,practicability,reliability,and is suitable for the development and implementation of human resource management system.In this paper,in combination with the enterprise actual demand,on the basis of the research of human resource management system based on J2 EE framework design and implementation.The system includes system management,recruitment management,payroll management,attendance management,performance appraisal,training,management and other aspects of system functions,basic covers essential to modern enterprise human resources management function.System USES a variety of mainstream systems development technology,including J2 EE architecture,B/S development mode,the MVC design pattern,etc.Using the Struts framework as the performance of the system layer,can system performance and the separation of business logic,so as to relieve the system coupling;EJB technology is used to design the business layer in the system,through the use of this technology to realize the persistence operation system,significantly improve the performance of the system;By reasonable use of a variety of system development technology can guarantee the practicability,effectiveness of the system,maintainability,scalability,and reliability.Finally,through the software engineering method for system programming,the detailed design the test scheme,the system performance,function test.Through the test results show that the system can meet the practical requirements of enterprises,the system runs stably and meet the design requirements.
