Design And Implementation Of Human Resources Management System Based On J2EE

Along with the development and management level of economic increase, humanresource as one of the most important assets of enterprises, has become a key factor ofbusiness development. Human resources management system, combined computertechnology, information technology and database technology, can be a variety ofinformation enterprise employees with a unified database management, whicheffectively avoid the dispersed data storage caused the old information, help decisionmakers at any time with the status quo of the human resources, and improve theefficiency of management, promote enterprise management to standardization, scientific,networking.This thesis analyzed the research background, development history and researchstatus of the human resources management system, and developed a human resourcemanagement system based on SSH architecture. Main work is listed as following.(1) The development history and frontier of human resource management system isintroduced. And the system has been developed based on advanced computertechnologies.(2) According to the user requirements and application background, the demandsand detailed design of modules are analyzed. Then the functional modules of the systemare realized.(3) A full test on individual functional modules, load pressure and system safetyhas been carried on, in order to find and repair system defects unti it meet applicationrequirements.The test results show that, the system has perfect functional modules and stableperformance, and can meet the basic needs of daily work well.
