With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and progress, it has been widely used in e-government, e-commerce, finance, electric power communication, industrial control and other fields, and achieved remarkable results. Automatic control technology and the popularization of the railway, and promote the development of electrical automation, railway management has developed many advanced vehicle scheduling management system, vehicle maintenance, vehicle management system, production management system, operation management system for locomotive, railway locomotive industry management standardization, informatization and automation.In this paper, a detailed analysis of the locomotive operation process, because of the huge amount of locomotive axle friction, thermal effect of a large number of axles will lead to abnormal height, the temperature of a shaft, if not timely cooling may lead to the locomotive management, outage, and even accidents. In order to obtain the real-time locomotive axle temperature, this paper investigates the process of locomotive operation and management personnel, the use of UML object-oriented modeling technology, the system is derived from the business logic function, and uses the B/S architecture, JSP technology, JavaBean technology, Tomcat database technology and other services, development and implementation of an automated locomotive axle temperature early warning management system, to ensure the normal operation of locomotive axle temperature. The main work and innovation points of this paper include the following two aspects: one is to adopt advanced B/S architecture, the architecture of C/S management system in the system optimization, the renewal and the maintenance process must be based on, for each terminal, complex operation process, spend a lot of manpower and material resources, not suitable for the modern cross local non tax management needs, therefore, system uses B/S architecture development, as long as the landing IE browser, you can login the system, maintain and update is very simple. The two is the demand analysis of the system using the object oriented software engineering technology. According to the actual requirements in the use of non tax revenue management, based on the prototype development method, using UML use case technology, derived from the logic of the system functions, the main function modules of the system include data read function, query function, the transfer of a single management, equipment management function, system settings mail function, function and data sharing function module, business logic function of the system are derived.Locomotive axle temperature alarm management system after deployment, real-time acquisition of locomotive axle temperature data, improve the axial temperature early warning management function, and promote the level of information management of railway transport, and also has an important significance.
