The system of train axle temperature is the security and safeguard instrument to monitor and detect the axle temperature and to find the vehicle hot axle of the running train, prevent the axle from burning. At present, train mostly use infrared ray(IR) detection system. But this system using IR detection cannot detect axle of temperature, and easily influence by several environments,such as train's shock,temperature , the result's reliability are reduced.The detect system of axle temperature based on Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN), using WSN to monitor and detect the axle temperature in time ,find the vehicle hot axle of the running train,prevent the axle from burning. In this thesis, the main content of study includes the following three parts.The first part is designing of the whole project, which introduced features of WSN and thoughts.The second part is hardware design,which introduced hardware of the Testing System for the Train Axle Temperature. It includes working-flow, circuit schematics and so on.The third part is software operation. It includes related data communication protocol, software working-flow for testing & controlling units. And software design meets the target requirements.At last,according to the system requirement of railway concentrative axletree temperature alarm integrated test-bed, complete the design of the system and implement the system.
