The auto part manufacture such as automobile vehicle bridge welding installs the production line also in gradually to develop to the entire automated direction, domestic auto part enterprise production line's automaticity also in corresponding enhancement. But, still had the productivity to be low, waste serious and so on phenomena.The present paper mainly aims at the automobile vehicle bridge welding machine production line's control system to carry on the design, uses MITSUBISHI Corporation's Q series PLC to take the control core, using the ethernet, the MELSECNET/H net and CC-Link the field bus takes the directed net, the entire strip production line may come the flexibility change own practical capacity along with the consumer market demand. This article will be precisely under this situation, the control system will apply in the Jiangsu great wild goose flies in circles the automobile vehicle bridge welding to receive produces, will cause it under the secure premise the enhancement production efficiency as far as possible.The present paper has first carried on the PLC network control system's integrated design.
