The software and hardware design of the Axle Temperature Alarm System of the Passenger Train are described in this thesis. and so does its operation principle.Analog temperature sensor and digital temperature sensor are adopted in the axle temperature monitor and alarm system of the passenger train to detect and alarming the axle temperature. The recording and storing of the data to axle temperature is also done. The realization of the function of the whole system is finished by monitoring and recording instrument together with the axle temperature alarming instrument. Axle temperature monitoring and recording instrument record the axle data from the axle temperature alarming instrument and store them into an IC card through communication module. The data can be read through the media reader of portable IC card. It is easy to use and reliable enough . The software and hardware of whole system cooperates closely, forms a perfect ,high-efficient and high reliable axle temperature alarm system of the passenger train , Systematic detection means is flexible , high reliable.
