In order to overcome the problem of high speed and heavy load of railway locomotive, a higher safety requirement is put forward for the running of locomotive, and the real-time monitoring of the axle temperature of the train is of great significance to ensure the reliable operation of the train. The existing infrared hot axis detection system is prone to false alarm and other problems due to the environmental impact because it is installed in the outdoor.There are a lot of complicated wiring problems in the contact intelligent axial temperature detection system, and the workload is large, with needing to check the axial temperature condition manually. In view of these problems, this thesis applies Zigbee technology to set up the sensor network, the study of multi-node temperature data acquisition and wireless transmission has a certain practical significance.This project applies computer technology, sensor technology, Zigbee communication technology and GPRS technology to achieve the functions with wireless transmission of temperature data, display and alarm. Wireless sensor network connection using star type structure, all the temperature monitoring nodes send the temperature data to the concentrator through Zigbee wireless transmission network. The concentrator equipment mainly includes CC2530 chip integrated Zigbee protocol stack, Nokia 5110 liquid crystal display module,buzzer alarm module, GPRS communication module, memory module and power supply module, the concentrator will upload the information to the host computer by GPRS after summary, sorting and analysis, and displays information from the temperature acquisition nodes on the LCD screen after processing effectively. By comparing the acquisition data and the threshold, the buzzer implements alarm function when the data beyond the temperature threshold.This thesis has completed the design of concentrator in the axle temperature acquisition system of subway train, it has a good performance, high reliability, high flexibility and high scalability, and it can receive information of multiple train axle temperature collection nodes,for further processing. The wireless communications is used to reduce the wiring cost, but also reduce the workload of staff on duty, in order to find the security problems of train axle more timely and effectively, and make troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment timely, to ensure the safe operation of the train.
