Bearing Temperature Monitoring System is used for real-time locomotive bearing temperature signal sampling, storage and transmission, real-time data processing of a class of bearing temperature monitoring system. Perception that it is characterized by high, fast response time, continuous high-capacity storage and transmission, easy maintenance, strong adaptability, widely used in railway locomotives network system. To meet the application requirements, Bearing Temperature Monitoring System with high-performance specifications, but also is scalable, easy integration and so on. In this thesis, it is to study the hardware and software design of bearing monitoring system based on MB90F334A SCM .The main contents include:1. The hardware design of bearing monitoring systemAccording to the system design requirements and the existing design at home and abroad, selected microcontroller hardware design based on MB90F334A bearing monitoring system to achieve the various functional modules. Modules include the sub-junction box for bearing detection module, the host is responsible for bearing data processing module, and is responsible for alarm sound and light alarm display box module. Design of each module is independent, communication interface is used in RS485. The program's advantages: as a master device with MB90F334A improve the system of anti-interference ability and load capacity; relatively independent of each functional module designed to bring convenience to the actual installation and maintenance。3. The software design of bearing monitoring systemBearing Temperature Monitoring System software design including the driver layer design, link layer design and application layer. Driver layer to complete the drive chip and configuration; link-layer communication channel to achieve error-free transmission, data framing, error control, flow control and link control; application layer to achieve specific system functions, such as the Bearing Detection , data processing, USB access, sound and light alarm, and display alarm.The hardware and software design features of Bearing Temperature Monitoring System based on MB90F334A Microcontroller are: to meet the system performance as much as possible under the premise of reducing the maximum system design costs; in high performance MCU to achieve the bearing detection, data processing and alarm system to meet operational requirements.Since the relative independence of each module, with modules of small size, low cost, easy upgrades and maintenance. Bearing Temperature Monitoring System Based on MB90F334A SCM test results show that: the system meets the test requirements.
