In recent years,more and more researchers at home and abroad have began to study the WSN applications in monitoring field.There is a large population in China,food storage quality is not only concerning the development of our country's economy,but also is a pivotal element to ensure national firmness.The index of food's temperature,humidity are the vital indicators to ensure grain safety storage.With the concept of "READING CHINA" is presented,It is the trend of the age that the applications of wireless sensor network are applied in monitoring of grain condition,it has been promoting the development of all wireless monitoring of grain condition.About "all wireless monitoring of grain condition" refers to the terminal node spread in accordance with the relevant rules on the grain monitoring of grain condition information,the date transmission between terminal node and extension,between extension and host over the air,which deadly eliminates the cable connection.In contrast to the subsistent way of cable monitoring,the model of remote and wireless detecting grain condition based on ZigBee/ARM has large range of advantages,such as low power,low cost,easy to layout,easy extension,easy to upgrade.Although the study of the wireless monitoring system of grain condition is numerous, but the scheme whicn is actually applied in the granary is not much.In order to complete the construction of the WSN quickly, this article choose the ZigBee technology applied to the monitoring of grain condition,as the development platform to form a network.In view of low cost, zero maintenance of the browser and server structure and embedded Web server possesses convenient and so on, this paper select the Web server based on ARM architecture as the data access platform.The purpose of this paper aims to research and design a kind of remote monitoring system for grain condition based on ZigBee/ARM,the system is constitute of WSN and host detecting center,the main modules including grain information collection,ZigBee mesh and implant Web server build on ARM platform.The system can realize the collection of parameters of grain condition,processing,transmission and Web browsing,and other functions,which achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring grain store condition.Through a local granary survey,on the basis of the distribution of granary,presents CC2530 node arrange scheme,set up a bunch of tree topology structure of network based on the Z-Stack,and system availability is checked after tests.This article will focus on analysis of wireless sensor network and the construction scheme of Web server based on ARM,including the devise of coordinator,router,end device, secondary development on Z-Stack,and software transportation and experiment of the implant Web server.This article well combines ZigBee technology,embedded technology,WSN technology,and verify the various functions of the system through the experiment,the consequences indicate that the project can fullfil the functional requests,which is worth applying and popularizing.
