China is the population and the large agricultural nation, food inventory for thebasis of the country, no matter in daily life or in natural disasters in moments ofcrisis, food inventory is the most powerful country of control measures, can rise todeal with emergency and strategic reserve role, so food storage work and humansurvival and the stability of the society closely related. Food is in without anyprocessing and packaging material storage in grain depot directly inside, warehousespace of temperature, humidity and air to the quality of the food factors influence isvery big, can occur or mildewy etc and food sprout phenomenon. So in grain depotto establish a perfect grain situation in the monitoring network is very necessary,granary managers can master in time in the grain of the concentration of the impactfactor, and the quality of the food. According to the analysis of the monitoring datainformation take ventilation and mouldproof and corresponding measures, to ensurethat the food stores in high quality and high quality of storage.In this paper the design of wireless sensor network monitoring system with theuse of the node ZigBee technology and CAN technology, and grain situation fortraditional monitoring situation to improve two points: first, the wireless technologyinstead of traditional warehouse cable type deployment in the way. In the granaryused in support of the short distance ZigBee agreement wireless communicationtechnology, USES the star network topology structure, realize the point-to-pointwireless communication between, the sensor to monitor the information collectedsent to network coordinator node; Second, in order to CAN bus technology insteadof RS-485bus. In the barn with a CAN bus technology will network coordinator’scollection of information through physical bus CAN send the monitoring center. Andaccording to these two kind of technology communication agreement standard, basedon the application layer designed two agreement for the conversion between frameformat. The experimental results achieved star network establishment, and illustratesthe network coordinator node CAN successfully ZigBee CAN module will agreement frame format to CAN frame the feasibility of the format. After a perfect,the system can meet the wireless monitoring system of grain situation for low rate,low power consumption and control requirements.The article adopts the design scheme can effectively improve the granary of thewiring in the traditional network wiring sensor brought trouble, monitoring thenumber of the nodes and maintenance difficult situation such as limited, make thegranary of the monitoring network nodes in terminal deployment will look moreclean and clear and be clear at a glance.
