With the rapid development of global Internet, Electronization is subtlychanging people's awareness and attitudes, influencing the way people work and live.At the same time, time and efficiency is increasingly becoming the focus of concernfor each enterprise, In order to enhance their own competitiveness among enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the information construction. Due to an increase inbusiness and the need for frequent travel, and there are many drawbacks in thenormal way of travel management, so it is necessary to establish a travelmanagement system with corporate its own characteristics, fast and accuratelycompleting the travel process, improving office efficiency and saving time spent onprocess matters.This paper analyzed the current travel management system, carried out acomprehensive analysis of the system and summarized the overall requirements ofthe system based on the development of business processes and business processmanagement system, combined with the characteristics and needs of the currententerprises. From a technical point, the paper introduced the single sign-ontechnology, asynchronous e-mail message sending technology, business processmanagement technology, user management engine framework and enterpriseapplication integration technology used by the system. This will provide afoundation for the design and implementation of the system.This paper uses Java lauguage and development tools NWDS to develop travelmanagement systems, the system is divided into seven modules: employee travelapplication for approval management, financial reimbursement application forapproval management, travel and reimbursement information management,maintenance and management of user information, asynchronous mail messagereminders, application systems integration and single sign-on. The first threemodules use Web Dynpro technology for front end development, use BPM and SOAarchitecture to coordinate service calls in order to achieve business travel andreimbursement process management, information recording and viewing statistics,use EJB and JPA technologies for the development of back end data manipulationand publishing. Maintenance and management of user information module isdeveloped based on UME. Asynchronous mail message reminders module uses JavaMail and JMS technologies to achieve reminding each role. Application systemsintegration module uses Web Service approach. Single sign-on module takes thelogon ticket way to facilitate use's logon. Through a comprehensive test of the system, it is proved that the travelmanagement system can effectively fast and convenient complete the management oftravel and reimbursement processes and information maintenance. Maintenance andmanagement of user information module and asynchronous mail message remindersmodule allow users to complete tasks in a timely manner and prompting the turnoverof the process. Single sign-on module facilitates use's logon. In a word, the systemhas met the functional and non-functional requirements; it is with high practicalvalue.
