Design And Implementation Of The Communication Business Management Based On BPM

With the development of informationization, communication business management of the enterprise is more and more important. Relevance and integrative are new features of communication business. Therefore, the key point of communication business management is the construction of excellent business process.BPM means to model, develop, deploy and manage the business process during its whole lifecycle. The essence of BPM is excellent business process. The implement process of BPM includes analyzing business process, modeling business process, implementing business process, monitoring and modifying business process.We take Communication Business Management Platform of Sichuan Public Security Department for example in here, which won the bid for the contract of informationization construction of Sichuan Public Security Department Information Center. In the face of the complicated and integrative communication business a new solution for this project is proposed, which is constructing communication business management platform based on BPM.After analyzing the requirements of the project, we gave our design solutions. There are seven subsystems in the platform, and they are platform configuration system, daily work system, IT monitoring system, IT management system, knowledge center, decision-making center and office automation system.The most important part of this project is the implementation of business process based on BPM and business-driven development, X3 Studio is used which is a development tool for BPM. BPM ensures excellent business process, and business-driven development ensures independence of business model and technology. Our implementation ensures not only high operating efficiency but also good portability and extensibility.BPM can not be operated without monitoring and modifying the business process. We monitor all the business processes on the platform, and modify the problems of each business process, and perfect each business process. We also improve the operating efficiency by optimizing the platform according to development and deployment.In the end, a summarization of my work is given, and communication business management platform based on BPM is very important and meaningful.
