Design And Implementation Of Business Process Management (bpm) For A Manufacture Enterprise

This paper focuses on the issue of implementation of BPM in EAI, based on SOA architecture.First we analyse the present condition of IT application in enterprise management field and expound the importance of BPM and complexity of its implementaion.Under the condition of analyzing the detail business process, wide recognized industrial standards and protocols are followed in our design, and suitable commercial available middleware is adopted in the solution based these industrial standards. Then designing of business process in BPEL, including service cooperation, communication protocol, process modeling etc. introduced in the paper.Software implementation of BPM, including service interface binding, data handling, correlation of asynchronous communication, implementation of automatic and manual process etc..Practical programing of some sub-processes, CHECK VENDOR, CHECK DUPLICATES, CHECK PO, etc..On the Oracle BPM suite platform, source coding of some key procedure is presented.Some practical engineering issue of BPM implementation such as software and hardware environment requirement of rum-time, projecting phases, switch-over, testing and evaluation are discussed.Finally extendalbility and scalability of existed BPM system are addressed.
