As the competitionwithin market economy is getting aggravate, most competitive enterprises have deemedthe management of business process as their key point to success, which acts in all thestages of the establishment of operating model in business process, analysis ofsimulation technology, optimization and management of business process. In thisprocess, the business process can be automated through the conciliation between relatedinformation resources and human resources. With the application of this technology, itcould provide each client superior co-working environment, helping them to lessenworkload and improve work efficiency. The management system mentioned in thethesis is part of the Branch of Harbin Telecommunication Company.Requirement analysis and structure of the overall process of the system are firstlyintroduced in this thesis along with the role of its main functions playing in partiallyspecific productions and the problems occurring in the practical applications andoperations of some related processes. In the demonstration system, these importantproblems have been further investigated and objective solutions have been made out.With the help of Java Message Service, JMS modular design on message frameworkutility, modular design on inquiring and follow-up service, engine design, design onwork items processor, database design and other related systems, technical difficulties inunified management caused by different approaches of data processing in all fields willbe resolved.The system selected WSAD of IBM, in which the integrated developmentenvironment is up to the J2model, as well as WAS application server of IBM, Oracle9Idatabase of Oracle, Rational rose of IBM System Modeling Tools and databasemodeling of Erwin.
