The scale of China's tourism industry has continued to be expand with the introduction of policies to promote tourism development in recent years,resulting in a shift in the business model of travel agency companies.The traditional offline business development model can no longer meet the development needs of travel agency companies.In order to strengthen their competitiveness in the tourism market,managers of travel agency companies should give more consideration to diversify profit models,diversify sales networks,and the establish online platforms and establish a good synergy of online and offline platforms.Against the backdrop of expanding tourism demand,travel agencies as the main players of this industry need to seize the opportunity to develop the market and improve their ability to adapt to crises and improve their business management mechanisms.Analyzing the travel agency business management systems in the domestic market reveals some fundamental issues in these systems.One of the issues is that many travel agencies have is that the back-end systems face the issue of inefficient online functions that wastes significant amount of time on order registration with repetitive tasks and double-checking orders.The other issue is that the front end of the online business management systems function is single which negates any advantages of speed and convenience an online system might offer.Therefore,the focus of a customized business management system for travel agency companies should be concentrated on streamlining and synergizing the application of both the front and back-end systems.This paper designs and develops a comprehensive business management cloud platform for travel agencies to improve the imperfect parts according to the actual requirements of small and medium-sized travel agency companies.The platform adopts the architecture model of front-end and back-end separation.A Vue.js-based View UI component library is used to build a front-end product display website for visitors to purchase travel products online,while the back-end system is developed based on the Django Rest Framework.A My SQL database was chosen for data storage.The system was deployed on the Ali cloud via a Nginx server,allowing visitors to access the system via IP address.Based on the actual requirements analysis,the system's various business management module functions were designed in further detail through use case analysis,business management flowcharts and functional module schematics.The platform is mainly equipped with the following functions:(1)to provide tourists with online browsing of tourist routes,tourist attractions,online purchase of paid tourist goods,viewing of real-time epidemic conditions and basic information management;(2)to provide travel agency staff with a variety of management functions such as regional management,route management,project management,offline member grouping,front desk booking management,tour guide management,financial management and body temperature punch card reporting;(3)provides the management of travel agency companies with a number of business information auditing and entry functions,such as accounting management and resource management.For domestic small and medium-sized travel agency enterprises,this paper provides an online business development solution.The developed system has a friendly and easy-to-use interface and comprehensive and integrated functions.It will greatly reduce the cost of information technology for travel agency companies,standardize the company's business management processes,and optimize the allocation of human,financial and resources to improve the operational efficiency of the company.
